At this time, we are seeking a part-time assistant to assist our lead Transaction Coordinator with the processing of real estate transactions.
As a TC Assistant, you will help manage many different tasks throughout the day such as new file set-ups, e-filing documents, compliance review, uploading documents to online broker systems, sending documents for e-signing, ordering reports & home warranties and various other tasks related to the transaction as assigned.

This is currently a part-time position: 20 hours per week*
TC Assistant Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm
Location: Remote, work from home after training period.
(Hours & Pay will be reviewed after a 90-day probation period)
* As we go into our busy season (Spring & Summer) there will most likely be the opportunity for more hours, however it is not guaranteed.
